Staff
All Testel staff are full-time employees or franchise owners. Consequently Testel staff have a sense of ownership of work they conduct. All work at all sites is administered centrally by Testel and site work is conducted by local staff where possible, either employees or franchise owners.

Geographical Scope network of test engineers and scope
Testel are a national organisation and can deliver their services across much of Australia. Testel staff travel intra-state to conduct work for a number of organizations on a scheduled trip.

The travel costs are apportioned amongst all participating organizations and are based upon quantities of items tested.
