I have a fault ticket on my equipment! What do I do?
Items with a fault ticket or danger tag have failed the mandatory testing. They should be either repaired or replaced. Owing to the nature of the fault it can be more cost effective to replace the item.

I have just purchased new electrical items! What do I do?
Contact Testels’ central office with site details and a test engineer will be despatched to complete the testing at your site.

The tags on my equipment are out of date! What do I do?
Contact Testels’ central office with the relevant site details and a test engineer will be despatched to undertake site testing.

I have an audit coming up! What do I do?
Source your existing records. Confirm that they are in order and that testing took place according to the most recent anniversary date. Validate that there has been no new equipment introduced to site.

What do I do?
Contact Testel who will provide hard copy records at short notice. Alternatively, records can be obtained on-line by selecting the Clients option and following the prompts.
